Victoria is a London-based Associate Director in Marlin Operations Group, Inc., focused on driving product and technology diligence and performance acceleration initiatives across the European portfolio. Prior to joining Marlin, she worked at Visma as a Product Discovery Director. In this role, she worked closely with product teams to emphasize customer-centric innovation and foster agility in response to market shifts. Earlier in her career, Victoria spent a decade in Asia, initially as a software engineer and later transitioning to roles such as UX researcher and Head of Product for a prominent Korean mobile conglomerate and various tech startups. She earned her Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Korea University, as well as an Engineering degree in Aviation from Russia and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
