Natasha is a Principal and her primary responsibilities at Marlin include deal qualification, conducting due diligence, transaction execution and support, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Marlin, she worked at TSG Consumer Partners and, prior thereto, at TPG Growth, where she specialized in leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments across the consumer, technology and telecom sectors. Previously, Natasha worked at Deutsche Bank in the Technology, Media & Telecom Group where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and other strategic advisory initiatives. Natasha earned a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Business Economics and Public Policy from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
