Ms. Bombezin’s primary responsibilities at Marlin include deal qualification, conducting due diligence, transaction execution and support, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Marlin, she worked at TA Associates, focusing on technology investments across Europe and the Middle East. Prior thereto, she gained private equity experience in business services and healthcare at 3i in Paris and London. Ms. Bombezin earned a Master’s in Business Management from EDHEC Business School and a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from the LSE.
