Luca is the Chief Growth Officer for Europe in Marlin Operations Group, focused on go-to-market strategy, sales productivity and growth acceleration initiatives. Luca has over 25 years of experience in B2B Software and Technology Services industries. Immediately prior to joining Marlin, he served as Operating Partner and interim Commercial leader (CSO, CRO, CCO), supporting a number of Private Equity investors including Hg, EQT, Silver Lake and TA Associates to drive accelerated value creation across their portfolios. Prior thereto, Luca spent 19 years as an operator working in both small and large organizations to enter new markets, accelerate growth and compete more efficiently. Luca earned his Master’s degree in Electronics and Telecoms Engineering from La Sapienza in Rome and an Executive Certificate in Management Studies from Henley Management College.
