Jonny is a London-based General Counsel - Europe in Marlin Operations Group, Inc., focused on providing legal and compliance support for European M&A efforts and portfolio companies. Previously, he worked at Mayer Brown International LLP as a corporate lawyer where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions and general corporate representation in the technology, software, industrials and real estate sectors. Jonny earned an LL.B. from the University of Newcastle.
