Johan’s primary responsibilities at Marlin include transaction support and conducting due diligence. Prior to joining Marlin, Johan worked at Barclays in the Technology, Media & Telecom, and Nordic Coverage groups, focusing on M&A and financing transactions. Johan earned his B.Sc. from the Stockholm School of Economics with exchange studies at the University of Hong Kong.
