Jessica is a London-based Director in Marlin Operations Group, Inc., focused on operational due diligence and providing operational support to portfolio companies. Prior to joining Marlin, Jessica worked as Vice President, Strategy and Global Partnerships at RapidSOS, a B2B SaaS platform that connects life-saving data from connected devices with public safety authorities during emergencies. In this role, she drove RapidSOS’ strategic initiatives, managed the company’s strategic partnerships and led the expansion of the platform internationally. Prior to RapidSOS, Jessica worked at Solera Capital where she focused on growth equity investments and portfolio company management. She started her career at J.P. Morgan where she specialized in debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic advisory initiatives. Jessica earned her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honors in Finance from the Australian National University, where she was awarded the University Medal in Finance.
