Jason is a Principal and his primary responsibilities at Marlin include deal qualification, conducting due diligence, transaction execution and support, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Marlin, he worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment in the Corporate Development Group. Prior thereto, he worked at Houlihan Lokey in the Media & Telecom Group where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and other strategic advisory initiatives. Jason earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, where he graduated summa cum laude.
