Frank is a Director to Marlin Operations Group, Inc., focused on performing real estate due diligence on prospective acquisitions, overseeing portfolio company property leasing and executing on real estate sale transactions globally.

Previously, Frank was a Partner at Apollo Realty Advisors, a leading private equity firm which has invested over $13 billion across more than 570 transactions worldwide, where he was responsible for business development, acquisitions and negotiating joint venture equity partnerships. Prior thereto, he was a Managing Director and shareholder of Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services, a boutique real estate firm in the greater Hollywood submarket of Los Angeles, where he participated in over $1 billion in closed transactions across all property types. Frank earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a current member of the Urban Land Institute.
