Mr. Bugden is a Director in Marlin Operations Group, Inc., focused on operational due diligence and providing operational support to portfolio companies. He has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Marlin, he was a leader in Deloitte’s M&A practice, where he specialized in operational transformation programs for software businesses. He has served in a lead role on over 30 deals, working across the full spectrum of buy-side and sell-side transactions, most recently supporting Dell Technologies, Brandwatch, Microfocus and a number of Thoma Bravo portfolio companies. Prior to entering management consulting, Mr. Bugden spent 6 years at UniQuest helping to grow early stage technology companies through securing commercial partnerships, venture capital investments or completing IPOs. He earned his B.S. in Business Management from the Queensland University of Technology and his MBA from the University of Queensland.
