Mr. Lewis’s primary responsibilities at Marlin include deal qualification, conducting due diligence, transaction execution and support and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Marlin, he worked at Harvest Partners where he focused on identifying and executing investments across the healthcare, business services, industrial services and consumer sectors. Prior thereto, he worked at PJT Partners (formerly The Blackstone Group) where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic advisory services. Mr. Lewis earned his M.B.A. and B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Financial Analysis, Accounting and International Business from Indiana University.
